Once an order has been processed we are not able to change the order or change the shipping options, address. If you would like to make an adjustment to your order, please contact us prior to receiving your order shipment confirmation email.
OK Vacuums & Alarms will ship your order by Common Carrier and all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Kelowna, BC.
Please allow 2-5 additional business days for order processing. Upon checkout, you may be given the estimated delivery times based on the shipping option you have chosen or available in your area. These are estimates and in no way represent a guarantee of the date of delivery. Please refer to your tracking number for up-to-date tracking details on your geographic location in Canada, and the shipping level that you select at the time of checkout, such as Standard or Express.
You will be notified by email when your order has shipped and access to a tracking number will be provided to you at that time.
Please be advised that Common Carrier may require someone to sign for your shipment. (If you are shipping to an apartment or in an office building, the carrier might require you to sign for the packages and will not leave them at the door.)
If your order does not ship or encounters any delays we will contact you by email or phone.
OK Vacuums & Alarms will only ship to Canadian and American addresses.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or have encountered a manufacture defect, you can return your order to our warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). Please contact us prior to returning the item as we may be able to troubleshoot the item with you or may need to organize an exchange or obtain replacement parts for your product. If for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, contact us directly via email or phone.
We ask that you contact us before sending the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
You can return your purchase for up to 10 days from the delivery date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Returned products must be in original packaging, with all parts, accessories and/or attachments included. Additionally, the product must be in sellable condition, without signs of use, foul smells, odours, missing or damaged parts, unless product was defective upon delivery.
If you wish to return your purchase or to report a discrepancy please contact our customer service department by phone or email. All returns must have prior return authorization and be received within 10 days of receipt.
We allow you 10 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with, whether it is defective or not. Your right of retraction starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product within this time period, at your own expense, accompanied by your invoice as well as a return authorization number.
Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted. To obtain authorization please call 250-861-1566. Please allow 4-8 weeks for processing. If you have not received credit for returned goods after the 8-week period please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note freight charges are not eligible for reimbursement.
